Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan, Asin and Prachi Desai starrer 'Bol Bachchan' had a steady third weekend.

The film remained steady & strong in the third weekend. 'Bol Bachchan' is holding up extremely well in Gujarat and CP. The film has did better business in Gujarat than the 2nd weekend of 'Cocktail'.

Bol Bachchan third weekend breakup:-

Friday – Rs. 1.36 crore, Saturday – Rs. 2.25 crore and Sunday – Rs. 3.21 crore.

'Bol Bachchan' has collected Rs. 97.75 crore nett in 17 days at the Indian box office.

Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty starrer 'Cocktail' had a decent second weekend at the box office.


The film affected by the new release 'The Dark Knight Rises', but managed to maintain the same audience mainly in multiplexes. The best performed places are Delhi/Up and East Punjab with the range 60-65 percent drops.

'Cocktail' second weekend breakup:-

Friday – Rs. 3.25 crore, Saturday – Rs. 4 crore and Sunday – Rs. 5 crore.

'Cocktail' has approximately collected Rs. 66.25 crore nett in 10 days at the Indian box office.

The Dark Knight Rises had a good opening weekend at the Indian box office. The film has not recognized outside the big centers of India.

Most of the business of the film is come from premium multiplexes. TDKR had done very good business in Mysore. The film has failed to show growth over the weekend. TDKR is turned as the fourth highest ever grosser for a Hollywood movie in the opening weekend post to 'The Amazing Spiderman', '2012' and 'Mission Impossible 4'.


The Dark Knight Rises first weekend breakup:-

Friday – Rs. 5.10 crore, Saturday – Rs. 5.45 crore and Sunday – Rs. 6.20 crore (Saturday & Sunday figures are estimated figures).

The Dark Knight Rises has collected around Rs. 16.75 crore nett in 3 days at Indian box office.

Superstars in their respective fields, cricketer Virat Kohli and actor-director Prabhu Deva got along like a house on fire in Bangkok while they were shooting for an ad together. Chances are they might even join hands for a movie.

Kohli, who was initially reluctant to dance, was coaxed by Prabhu Deva to try out some intricate steps for an ad for a shoe brand. The results were so impressive that somewhere down the fun zone the duo established during their two-day shoot, the idea of a movie launch for the star-cricketer came up.

And if a source is to be believed, Kohli is not averse to the idea.

Once Prabhu Deva, who according to Ram Gopal Varma is one of the three most successful Bollywood directors today after Rohit Shetty and Sajid Khan, wraps ups his current commitments, he may plan a launch for Kohli.

Prabhu Deva is currently busy with the launch of Kumar Taurani's son Girish. He is working with him for a remake of his 2005 Telugu hit "Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana". The original film featured Siddharth and Trisha Krishnan.
